When we want to lose fat or weight from our body everyone start counting the number of calories, sugar and salt from the diet but we completely forgot about the protein intake.
Protein is one of the type of nutrition.Protein are essential nutrients for our body. It is made of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and one or more chains of amino acid.It is macronutrients that means we need relatively large large amount of it to stay healthy.
Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, skin etc. In fact our hair and nails are also comprise with protein.Our body use protein to build and repair tissue. It also play an important role in hormones regulation.

Though its our misconception that Indian recipes are largely healthy and there are no food problem in Indian diet but it is not true in real world .Carbs from 70% of our diet and very much deficient in protein and fibre. Our Indian snacks are probably amongst the unhealthiest in the world.
